My order no. is 600009316, extremely disappointed by the customer service provided by Rentickle.
Lot of delay in document verification i.e ideally took more than 3 days inspite of the fact that I submitted documents in less than 30 mins from the time I placed the order, no response whatsoever over emails/calls.
I kept waiting on calls, no one use to respond, received msgs from Renticle saying that they will get back to me in 24 hours but not even a single callback at all.
Still waiting for document verification and the deliver of the product.
Renticle will make you feel FOOL calling and messaging them but seems like they hardly bother about it. I feel that I have made a blunder ordering product from Rentickle.
