I rented refrigerator 1 year back, and the quality of the refrigerator is not good.
Now after 1 year of service, I requested them for pick up and it is over 2.5 weeks now; they are not able to pick up the item.
After calling over 10 times, talking with local NCR office, customer support, sending email to rentickle, still they are not able to pick up the item. Today is my last day of vacating home, and I dont know how are they going to pick up the item after I leave.
HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY, NO CUSTOMER ETHICS, BREAK THEIR PROMISE.
I WILL REPLICATE THE SAME REVIEW TO OTHER SITES AND ALSO COMPLAIN THE CONSUMERFORUM.
