I rented some furniture from rentickle June 2018 to August 2018. But not getting my refund back After 3 months . I have mailed several times to the concerned Email Address given at their website, but I have not got any positive response from them. I am out of the country and it becomes hectic for me to correspond with you time and again. My wife called at customer care 5 times regarding refund of my deposit reference with my Order ID 100010182 and I would like to bring to your notice that I have already returned their item on dated 31/08/2018 in all good condition and also verified by your logistic personnel. Still, I did not get my deposit. I am also attaching pictures of your logistic man with evidence
They are doing a mental harassment to the customer.
No satisfactory reply and they ensured 100% Customer satisfaction and is this the way they treat a customer?
