They are scam they send you really 3rd grade products which stop working after 1 week and then they take 20 days to replace with another shitty product. I have been talking to them to replace my washing machine which broke after 1 week and the technician that they sent to check said that the machine is missing some parts thats why it broke . so basically they sent me a faulty device . as per the agreement they were supposed to check and then send me a working machine but they just sent me a broken machine .
