I have rented a bed and a few essential appliances. The installation of the bed wasn’t done properly and the appliances delivered are of the worst quality and I’m unable to use them. I’ve been calling them for the past one week and every time they say someone will call me within 24hours but no one does. I wait every day for 10-15mins and sometimes 30minutes and have written plenty of emails to them asking then to get the issue fixed but they JUST DONT CARE. Worst customer service ever. I am never recommending any of my friends to rent from them ever again
