It’s brilliant.
**1. No Brokerage charges**
What a relief to be Broker Free. I got in touch with 2 flat owners in the first 5 hours. Brilliant.
You just sign in, send a message to the Flat owner, and they’ll contact you.
**2. Renting other things like TVs, Water coolers, beds, cupboards etc.**
They’ve got good renting solutions. All the stuff you need to set up house can be rented on Rentimental.
Pretty strong listing in Mumbai aka Bombay
**3. Room-Mates**
I’m looking at a 2 - bedroom in Kandivali, and needed a room-mate. Rentimental has a room-mate finder feature. I’m hoping to get replies from them soon.
**4. Excellent Service**
If you get stuck, contact them. They reply very fast, with personalized service(at least when I did)
They’re helping me find a room-mate. -NO SMOKING!
**5. Google Maps**
You can see the location of the place on Google Maps. I think thats a cool feature. na?
**6. Car Rentals**
Man. they’ve even got Car Rentals. not like I need it. just cool
**7. Finding Jobs**
So now, Rentimental also puts up skills on rent. So I put my self up too. I’m a small time consultant, and Rentimental goes to companies that can hire out our services.

2. Website layout.- Some bugs in the design
