Should have a social for renting a bike

I really don’t understand what nonsense of a company they run. I was denied a 2 wheeler on rent cos I don’t have a social profile. I prefer to stay out of facebook and LinkedIn and stating that reasons I was denied a 2 wheeler. I had submitted my Govt ID proof which was not enough for their verification. And the person who calls say sorry just for the sake of it.


Now people are denied items because they are not socially active. Where is this world going. And they need 10 working days to give me my money back. whereas the payment had to happen even before confirming th order.


Shitty customer service experience.
