I ordered for an air cooler on Feb 23rd and paid the initial deposit as well.However since then, till date (March 9) they have not been able to deliver it to me.In spite of advising them of my availability multiple times they would schedule delivery on such days wherein I am not available.And the days when the delivery was due they did not give me even a call, on the other hand, when I called up there custome care, I was always placed on hold and no advisor could give me a clear explanation as to why is there a delay in delivery.And yes I did call them more 3-4 times in a day.
Finally, today when again the delivery was scheduled and when I did not get any intimation from there end, when I called them1st 2 times advisor had no idea that whats the status of my order and I was told that the logistics team would call me in next 30 mins, however nobody called. I was promised a callback from one of their so called supervisors, which never came.3rd time when I called I was given the drivers number and when I called him he told me that item is out of stock!!!And that he has intimated the logistics team.
After getting fed up of there pathetic services I had to cancel the order.
I would say its a pathetic call center run by a bunch of UNPROFESSIONALS wherein they have no co-ordination between themselves internally.The advisors there have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE.
This was my firsy and yes the last experience with them.I would never suggest anybody to avail services from them and waste there time.
