Pathetic Delivery (Need to value customer time )

I have just send a request to cancel my order today because of the pathetic delivery and on top of the excuse related to communication gap between customer care and their own executive. They need to learn to value customer time also.


It is been scheduled for last two days but didnot get delivery till now . And when I called today, got reply that driver is some other place. If delivery time slot is still their. They need to deliver it.
