It is a good idea for startups. The customer support provided was good. Better quality products are available at a better price. The pickup and drop service is good. Had some confusion initially but problems were all sorted out. A good place to rent furnitures= if you are renting an apartment. Hope they increase the range of products so that people could get more products at a reasonable rate. You can give it a shot.
