Poor Service and Delayed Responses

I rented a study table and chair from RentoMojo because I needed furniture temporarily during my college semester. The booking process was easy, and the delivery was on time. But after that, the experience went downhill.

The furniture quality was average, and within a few weeks, the chair started making noise. I raised a complaint, but their customer support was extremely slow. It took multiple follow-ups just to get a technician scheduled, and even that got delayed twice.

Also, when I tried to return the product after my rental period, the pickup kept getting rescheduled. I had to keep calling and mailing them just to close the request. Their communication is very poor and frustrating.

I’m giving 2 stars only because the product worked fine initially and the pricing was okay. But overall, not a smooth experience. If you’re expecting quick service and good support, this might not be the best option.
