To the makers of this app, few points you must learn about the functioning of your app and standards of the processes


I rented a sofa, it took me 10 days to make verification done some drozen of selfies than offer letter was asked which I understand so shared than appointment letter than I gave that also than I card still them loser ( sorry for the word but after the pathetic experienced twice I can’t stop my self to call ur hopeless staff like that ) didn’t verify my profile I had to tell them to call my company and ask contact my company as last resort to confirm my employment status .. I cursed them as it was so many days of humilitation .. because of limited salary people opt for rent stuff and those are mostly middle class working professionals, , such a humiliating experience from c c staff makes me believe and understand reason of India’s developing status


2) point 1 was last month, now from last 10 days I am continuously trying to book few more items from site as I need table and chair urgently .. my cart in app is inaccessible .. it says something went wrong, let’s reconnect later .. I called customer care again number of times I did all what they told but nothing helped I sit here after ten days still waiting to access cart but doesn’t happen I am sure most of all of stuff in cart will now come out of stock,
