I am a fairly regular customer of Republic of Chicken, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. I get the products home delivered and find the deliveries prompt and hygienically packed. Recently they brought out a coupon system with every month some discount or few hundred grams this or that free with purchase of so and so amount of chicken. Of course the coupons came at a price.
I ordered some chicken on 28th Feb and tried to avail a coupon, and was told that the item is out of stock but they shall honour the coupon in March. On 2nd March I ordered again and reminded them that I have unused coupons for the month of Feb. Hah ! Missed the bus. They did not accept the Feb coupons. Only the March coupon could now be used.
That is outright cheating to my judgment. Quite disgusting attitude and underhand marketing. Beware of their coupons, you shall get a raw deal.
