I had a good experience with ResellerClub. I signed up with them in July 2020. I will now renew my subscription with them. Someone from support told me that I had to pay a certain amount, but after talking to other team members, it turned out that I had to pay less.
I also expect transparency and a bit of consistency from ResellerClub as they are a big brand for us web developers.
My luck and patience kept me going so I could figure out the final number.
Overall, they offer good service and their servers are good. It’s just that their team needs to be encouraged to make their services clearer.
