In August, 2018 as a tourist I stepped into the restaurant just on the opposite of the Jaisalmer golden fort.First the ambience and the music attracted our minds.The tables, chairs and the decor were mind-blowing inside.We as customers sat and the baburchi or the attender came and took the order.We ordered for daal-baati-churma and chapati.It is a veg restaurant.We order daal and paneer. With an amazing speed the food was served in good crockery. Therefore again it satisfied us.
Why we loved the overall performance of this restaurant is that The customer service is too good.The taste of food is also wonderful.The spices used, use of salt, sugar, serving of plates with salads, all gave a sense of professionalism.The price is also reasonable.The price of food was not sky-rocketing.The expense was like value for money.The presentation and color of crockery, utensils, cutlery was too good.We had food and the baburchi also with utmost modesty attended on us.
Last but not the least the typical rajasthani taste of food we found in all foods and especially daal-baati-churma was superb.
Last but not the least I hereby recommend this restaurant to all who go for a tour.Lassi is also lip-smacking.Please please viisit and have good food.All are good here.
