Saw a newly opened clinic in neighborhood, went to check it out. Richfeel cliams to be a hair and scalp clinic in business for over 2 decades now. While I could recollect Dr Apoorva from my days with Femina event hosting, it made fair sense that it was a genuine brand at work. Or maybe it seemed an opportunity for getting my age old dandruff off - lucky to get a free consultation for the introductory opening week. I was hosted to a positive reception with light music and stringent odour of lemon air spray.
My family and personal health history was documented up front. Dr arrived a touch late but I can sympthise the terrible morning traffic at Powai. High resolution sonograph of my head showed damage dandruff had incurred all over my scalp. My hair samples were sent for testing and I was called for follow up a week later. This report was quite comprehensive but jargonistic for me to understand and frankly neither could I understand when doctor explains on my next visit. While Dr had issues with clarity of my knowledge of their science, I was more interested in the results.
So I was waiting for their take on treatment which was fairly affordable and worth the results I saw over next few months using their products. My medicines comprised triko medicines which managed my internal body factors and cosmetics which were supposed for cleansing and conditioning. While flakes were out in a week faster than normal shampoos, the brighter side was Richfeels products are natural. Only thing that staff was weak at was reminder appointments which they missed in an otherwise courteous relationship with me. All in all it was a fair experience with my treatment delivered at this place.
