I had started off as the client for Ice cube laser treatment by paying (I.e55000/-) to them out right for ten sittings in the year 2020. Had undergone only 2/10 sitting and there was an hold on my treatment due to my pregnancy, at the time of intimidation. I was told that, the treatment cannot be resumed for a year and a half due to post and pre-delivery reason. The main problem started while the services had to be resumed, they have turned deaf to my repetitive pleas of starting my treatment and have come with multiple reasons such as machine being under-maintenance, file not getting transferred, branch shifting etc. To top it all, when, somehow I managed to fix an appointment for myself the representative of Delhi (Rajouri garden) almost trapped me by saying that Mumbai team has not been honest to me and persuaded me to buy a package of rs.39000/- she also said that I pay rs.3000/-in advance as a proof that I’ll be buying the package she offered. Unfortunately, I agreed and paid rs. 2500/- to atleast get the sitting on 21st March 2023, the disappointment has reached saturation level because even on paying the service ended without application of cream by the technician, also there was no stock available for me to buy.
