I initially got this confused with another chain sounding similar from bangalore. Later I corrected myself. It’s a no frills place. Too crowded. Lot of noise. The token system looks necessary because of the huge crowd.
It’s not just the ice creams. They got a lot of other things too. The menu takes a long time to finish. You may be confused what to take. The flavors don’t taste very unique. The softee is very foamy. There is no satisfaction after eating it. A crowd pleasing place. Must work on being exclusive and high quality.
The service is just fine due to the token system. It does take time to get your order though.
Not too expensive but neither worth the money that they charge.
