I had purchased this food processor last month and it is not working at all as I was expecting, actually it’s motor is not powerful because it gets heated a lot within 2-5 minutes of using this food processor and also the functions and accessoriesare Also less which is too bad.they should add finger chips blade, coconut grater etc.moreover the warranty of this food processor is only 1 year but it should be at least 3-4 years according to the product.I think the Rico company should work on this & also get your product replace with upgraded products in order to maintain consumer satisfaction but they don’t as they don’t even care about the consumes as they don’t take any action to any consumer’s complaints.Very bad product and service.
