I have purchased Rico food processor. During first grinding only its motor burnt. I have got it repaired from dealer. After I got it repaired from dealer, now this food processor is not able to perform basic grinding operations.
I have complained number of times to customer care but till date I did not get any assistance from Rico. Problem is not solved. So don’t buy Rico products. It is not worth a single star also.
