Ricoh is not a known brand which will provide a good quality product, I purchased there printer for my official use but its performance is not very good it is just an average printer which work for only 2 or 3 months as after that it will start creating a problem for us.
Same thing I happened with me, it work for 2 months after that it is not printing anything, when ever I insert anyting to het a copy it always provide a blank page. I think that its ink is empty so I purchased a new pack of ink but even after that it is not working.
At last I complaint about this to the service centre at first they ignore to come but after that they decided to come, they said it is a replacement problem that is a part is damaged and that require replacement but that part is not covered under warranty. So I have to pay but that make the printing speed very slow. Now it takes longer to print a single page which is very time consuming.
Finally I will say that this product is very cheap and poor in its after sale services.
