I have used this product a year ago.But overall no satisfactory result has been found.Though it is monochromatic in printing but even in this feature, it provides faint printing.Many times, some characters get overlapped.Its multifunction features are only show-off.Neither it scans with good resolution nor it copies with demanded xerox quality.
One of the poorest thing is that one has change chip above 1000 pages alongwith toner and cartridge which are much high in prices.Its toner and cartridge are not available in market easily.
Also its scanning, copying as well as printing speed is so slow below standard level.Many times papers get jammed due to its bad machinery.Likewise in bold font, it prints low quality characters.Scanned documents are not readable clearly especially when images are to recognised.
One has to reset many times during its printing time.Such nonsense program has been designed in its chip.Also it produces noise while printing.Also USB feature is compatible but it does noy read pen-drive fast.It takes time to transfer data.Do not prefer such worthless product for office or home users.
