Hi everyone, if you r planning to buy this tv then read this first,
Tv maybe good, but without support and services its not worth buying, there are other alternatives available in market, especially if you arr in Mumbai, I ordered tv on 29june18, I got faulty tv delivered after 12 days, installation guy took 5 days to come, then repacked and sent it back, to receive another piece Which had problems in screen, have bright and dark rings on screen, when installation guy came he reported it to co. On whats app, so the working tv on 3rd aug 2018, Worst part is no matter how many mails or msg you send to gottmatter co, they will not respond to your nails, and cal center is available only morning 9 to 6,
Now the co. Says that they have already replaced the peice once, and second was sent after checking from co., It was in best working stage, they will not replace the faulty peice, and since last 20 days im following up with call center they said they will send some experts to verify, nobody has come.
I no feel like iv made mistake buying this tv, co. Doesn’t reply to mails, or WhatsApp, no service person is available in big cities, useless to have 3 years warranty, on this product, if this is not resolved soon, ippan to go to consumer grevienc/ court to get refund, pls do not buy products, on 1 single good reviews, as it waste your hard earned money,
Pls buy products of good brands who have local support in your city,
