Riders Point is a store that deals in mountain and hybrid cycles and is situated in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
I month back after doing some research i went there to check out some mountain bikes as i was intersted in buying one!!
The people in the shop did not have very friendly attitude towards customers.
I felt as is they are not interested in showing me the diffrent models of cycles they have. There were 4 people including the manager but none of them got up to assist me while i was going around checking out the different models. Sometimes i had to ask my query 2-3 times before they answered it.
It is not that the shop was busy with customers. There was only me there at that time. The manager barely spoke with me as he was busy with his phone. It appeared very rude to me.
I liked a product but even then no one showed any interest in explaining me the different features.
I also compared their prices with other dealers and found that they were selling at a very high price and gave no discounts for even buying a high end product.
I felt very dissatisfied and left. They should try and improve their friendly attitude towards customers.
