I installed the ridlr app and I got about 30rs free ridlr points and I was happy for that. I was quiet excited to use that to buy BEST bus tickets. The next day when I boarded the bus, I used the ridlr app to purchase the ticket. As soon as I opened the app I saw that it was written ’No nearby buses found’ even though when I was already in the bus. On asking the conductor I came to know that this is because there was some problem with the connection between the machine and the app. This happened one or two times and I had to pay cash money to buy the tickets. This needs to be improved.
Had a bad ex with Ridlr
