I did not receive the magazine after subscription

I subscribed for Right Choice Magazine in May 2013 and so far I did not receive a single copy of magazine. Even after sending repeated mails to the customer support, there is no response. They are just bluffing that they will be checking with the courier why it is not delivered.

I am going to file a case in Consumer Court.
