RIMWEB.in is an extremely wonderful site for Reliance India Mobile CDMA users having a total subscriber base at more than 5000 members. Its more of a forum where the users can troubleshoot their problems, discuss new initiatives by RIM or simply voice their voices at the current operating style of not just RIM, but the ’general’ section provides a chance to discuss something else too.....
I accidently bumped into this site one day as I was browsing the net to know more about RIM, since I am a RIMfan. And this site’s so cool, that its fun to be a part of it.
Let me just go about the details of the site :
The layout is of a very contemporary type. Since its a forum, it has various sections such as Technical Programming or Handset Queries wherein, you have a choice of brainstorming yourself with all possible questions related to your RIM handset be it LG, Nokia or GTran. So, there’s a separate department for each of this. The total number of posts made by a member are displayed on the left hand side of the post of that individual member. It has a very user friendly interface assisted by tech wiz moderators. The page shows the ’’Currently Online Members’’ and each member’s name is actually a link to their profile pages. Thats cool !
The troubleshooting by the members is absolutely fantastic. The best part of this forum is that one gets to know what deals are going to be launched, the speculations part of it and best part is error-solving capabilities of the members. If you have a problem, you’d better see rimweb.in first rather than approach the RIM customer care. Not that the latter is inefficient or something, but why unnecessary talk about it and be kept on hold for long. Fuh’get it dudes ! The establishment of this site for more than 2.5 years now has given its members and moderators an idea of what problems one might possibly face. Many of the problems have already been discussed and its just best to log in to the forum and go through it. Your problem will just zooom away. Else, you can just PM a mod/admin say Arun or ashoksoft or Chirag ( these are the people I knw - thts y mentioning about them ) about ur problem and you be rest assured. These dudes rock !
What if you are not a RIM subscriber ?
So what ppl !!! RIMWEB.in has the best selection of the choicest data even for the non-RIM subscriber. One can actually post ringtones, download them, take part in snazzy competitions etc etc. Plus the general info mentioned there is enough to keep you HOT !
