I have dought about this phone 251. Ring bell also launched 4g smartphone 101 but still no can received. The plan was good to get budget smartphone to all. But what they can give this smartphone anyone.
I don’t think so the phone was good I hope god will bless this if they can make budget phone to all. So we have to support make in india plan what goverment should trying to do we can also try to purchase and give a good feedback. Jai hind
