Ringing Bell launched cheapest smartphone in the world with price tag of 251. Flip company name the smart phone as freedom 251 because it is price at rupees 251. This phone gives decent specification with nearly negligible price, that’s why it seems to be scam. Company claims that they are manufacturing the phone in less than 251 rupees.
But the news came that this company is very new it has been registered just 3 months before and the website on which the phone is selling has been designed just 7 day before, so it seems that might be scam. There is also no proper manufacturing unit

The selling of this phone was started on 18th of February from 6 a.m. onwards but the site crash due to heavy overload, that was very good for us because we were also going to book that. So I will suggest you not to buy this phone because many factors which is giving proof that it is scam.
