I was looking for a good movie and for a change, I opt for Rings. I always had a fondness for this genre. Although I had the intuition that this part will be a disappointment, I gave it a shot. But to my surprise, it was a total failure except the sting in the tail that I believe they got right.The plot was cliche and is assumed to be weared out. Casting is not apt for the movie.Performance of the main actress is not so good. Even the professor’s role can’t be justified by the director. Other actors have also done a good job of being bad at acting.The anticipation of the movie could be done easily by anyone.Soundtrack doesn’t intensify your mood to experience frightfulness. One can experience constant deja vu.Cinematography is so-so. But as a extension of a hit franchise, the production team should have worked harder to ensure success of the movie. Theplaces looks old.
