Untested cars and failing in giving good services

Very bad experienced with this showroom


We booked Hyundai xcent for commercial purposes, the car was having defect of cng kit. A new brand car was delivered to us which was having this major issue when we returned the car to showroom and we complained them about the issue the executive along with the showroom manager Said (it’s a minor problem and it will be resolve in 15 minutes)the car has been kept with the showroom for 3 days for minor problem when the work was only of 15 minutes


After 3 days when minor issue was solved and when they delivered the car to our doorstep it was in a dirty condition.


And there cars r untested and in unfit condition


Owner has to look after this issues faced by the customers and need full action has to be taken by the owner ASAP


By going through all the reviews it seems that many of the customers are not satisfied with the showroom policy and services


Owner has to look in personal about this issues which customers had faced the problems at your showroom.


Read all the reviews of each and everyone and implement a good change in your services
