My spouse and I stayed a couple of nights for a short weekend getaway and quite enjoyed ourselves. Allthough the hotel was not as immaculate as one would expect from Ritz-Carlton (especially some of the other locations at which we have stayed), it was elegant and understated. Upon our arrival, we learned that our reservation had been misplaced and the special package rate that we reserved was no longer available. But front desk clerk immediately reinstated our reservation and we were able to get breakfast for both mornings at no additional charge - one was room service, the other in the hotel restaurant The Atlanta Grill. They even booked us a special private booth (Cheater’s Booth) for a romantic birthday (mine) dinner. The staff was courteous if not always the most prompt and genuinely seemed to take pleasure in serving us. The hotel was in walking distance of many downtown attractions, which was very convenient. For a quick weekend getaway, I would recommend this hotel.
