Riverside came up where the old Pyramid disc was. Although neone from Pune would know that the river here usually means a lot of mosquitoes but since this place is further down the city it offers a real pleasant atmosphere.
Its managed by a guy called Lamba who is extremely curteous. The sitting arrangement is vary spacious and open so you avoid the ’’crammed’’ feeling which you get in some places.
It offers candle light dinners alongwith slow sweet music which lends the place an amazing calming influence. Definitely recommended for relaxing and romantic outings.
The cuisenes served are South/North Indian, Chinese, Italian, Thai and (limited Mexican). The chinese and thai food is delicious. Also, try out Mexican cutlets if you visit the place. Its basically, cutlets of cheese and capsicum topped with hot beans and served with salsa and is absolutely delicious. Though, if I were you I would stay away from Italian....not that great.
Average bill for a 3 course meal is about 350-400 for a couple and I can assure you thats GOOD value for money.
Definitely go out with your loved ones. Families should avoid, more of a place for the dating ones.
