Read before putting your head in fire............

BI was promised by RMP and Bajaj Allianze to return of 50K INR for 10K policy for three years. Then see following followups to get the policy documents. Then now after three years amount in policy account is 20K. These two companies are cheater companies in India. Be careful while dealing with them. I have written so many mails to MD of both companies but no one cared about it.


So I will suggest don’t go for these companies. They are filling their stomachs by taken foods from customers plate.

==SUB: NOTICE BEFORE FILING CONSUMER COMPLAINT ==



Dear Sir,



1) I have taken a Unit Gain Life Insurance Policy from Bajaj Allianz through Rmp Infotech(Multi-level marketing) on 19.01.2007 and after Lot of followup with RMP infotech(Pune Office, Contact person: Mr. Sunil Sharma) got the policy with lot of Mistake in the policy bond.



2) As per commitment given by the RMP infotech personal the policy will reach the address mentioned in the welcome letter within 15 days from the welcome letter.



3) After lot of followup with RMP infotech & Bajaj Alliaze Life insurance co. No positive response. .



4) I am eagerly looking forward to your favourable response as I suffered lot from the follwoup with both companies.



5) You can go through the below communication mails for the details about efforts I have taken to inform RMP  infotech and Bajaj allianze about this grievance in the past to  which no one has not responded correctly and matter come to complicated  stage.



6) With this notice I request Bajaj Allianze life insurance co. & RMP  infotech that kindly resolve the matter within 2-3 working day  (starting from Today) to settle my grievance by asking for refund of  full assured amount with suitable interest(  18% per month),  or replacement of the product along with suitable compensation, else I  will file a complaint with the Consumer Court as I am protected under  the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.



7)  Kindly note that the consumer complaint cost & efforts I going to  take will be at your cost and expenses, and I will seek compensation for  the mental agony caused due to your deficiency in services.
