I joined RMP and took plots in maharashtra in my wifes name and also recommended some of my relatives into buying the same a total of 15 plots were sold at the rate of Rs.10000, Rupees ten thousand per plot, we got a sale agreement and were informed that they will register after they get NA. its been almost 7 years and they are yet to register the same. they gave vague replies like rush at sub registrar office and ask us to call them back after 2 or 3 weeks. all of us are contemplating taking them to court. pls advice if their is an alternative.
