I bought a swift from them - and here is my expirience -
purchase
The only guys excited in RNS yeshwantpur - the sales guy as he had targets to match at EOM.
Sales/General manager is the worst possible person you can talk to, even you talk - he wont listen.
The sales guy will always show you that there is only 1 car on transit of your choice and you really need to pay a handsome to book it. I am fine w this marketting stratigy - as I needed it urgently.
Then comes the d-day when u collect ur baby, they speak very little of the car - and you realise it when they tell you to sign and fill up a form. The form is exactly what they speak - they even dont mention how much petrol is there in the car, the car brake dont work when engine switched off etc.
They tie a ribbon around the car and put a baloon to set you free (and them too). Dont even care to clean the car matt and offcoarse they expect you to tip them.
Spares and accr are god damn expensive, dont even think to but it from there.
Service
Call them up and ask them to pick up your car.
Although I stay within 5 kms radius - they gave me a date 2 weeks from the day I called.
I took the car myself, and expressed have some issue with reverse and coming to 2nd gear from 4th.
I was tought thats the way the car is suppose to behave.. trust me, they treat that this is my first car .. prior to that I was driving a bicycle.
Told them, mist formation is more during rain .. they just pointed me to the heater knob.. man, I was about to pull mar car out of service lane at this point.
They gave me a number to contact to know the time of delivery. After 6 hrs I called -and was delightred to know that service was over.
I reached the place in 30 mins, and they told me to wait in a lousy lobby... kept waiting for their 5 mins excuses.
It took me good 1 hr and 45 mins waiting in that lobby to see my car, drenched not dried - minimal work done .. interiors spoiled and sooted .. forget about cleaning the matt.. I screamed and they expressed sorry.
I think, that was the last day of my life I stepped into RNS.
