My friend recently sold his car at RNS Motors-Hosur Road under Maruti True Value scheme.
The person who was involved from RNS side dealt everything and finally didn’t return INR 10K of the decided cost of selling.When my friend went and talked with the RNS-Hosur owner to claim INR 10K, the person said no such deal has happened and the person involved from RNS side has dubious reputation and often done these things.
Finally after lot of altercation True Value guys were also involved and they did not give my friend the left amount money back.
RNS guys kept on saying that its not their responsibility that the person has swindled the client.
Kindly inform everyone so that they cannot get any customer an their true colours are known to everyone!
