Rock On is a great pleasure to watch for all music lovers. Its a story of four friends who compose music and form a group called "Magik". From composition point of view, all of them gel , but when it comes to performing commercially , they could not handle the pressure and SPLIT.
But the love for music and the emotions they share for each other does not die even after a period of ten years, which brings them back.
All the characters played are well drafted and executed perfectly. As for debutants, Prachi and Purab look extremely impressive. But the complete show is stolen by **Farhan Akhtar**. He is an amazing actor and a true **Surprise Package**. As for Arjun Rampal, I fall short of words to appreciate his talent.
The music composed by the trio, Shankar Ehsaan Loy keeps lingering for days. The lyrics are perfect, needless to say when written by a legend.
This one is for you Farhan :You are a great director which you have proved in Dil Chahta hai.........You are a natural actor and singer which you proved in Rock On.........My question to you is why did you waste your time and talent in the re-making of ’DON’ with an actor who stands no comparison to BIG B?
