I went to rockland hospital(dwarka sec 12) for my father’s minor surgey and the overall experience was unsatisfactory.
1) medical staff is not much professional and even not much commited to there job.you have to approch them multiple times to get you request done.
2)In night there is just single attended for each floor so its better one should accompany the patient.
3)As this was the case of surgery I was expecting that doctor would have prescribed me precaution that need to be taken care after diacharge but no one seems to concernd about it.
4) And one last thing that I noticed was most of the people geeting dischaged were not satisfied with the hospital services and seems they were overcharged.
This was my 1st experience of any private hoapital in dwarka sub region and it was quite unsatisfactory. I would suggest please compare other hoapitals before landing here.
