I had visited roopali restaurant once, the food quality was average. Or better to say, below average. Not even the Indian cuisine food was good.
In addition to that, they have poor service as well. Most of the time the restaurant is empty. You will find only a few customers at the restaurant. The staff isn’t good enough. They process all the tasks extremley slow, and you have to wait long to get your order processed.
Although the interior appearances are good but they need to focus on the food quality, serving etiquette, and customer satisfaction.
