Koramangala houses thousands of restaurants with hundreds of theme restaurants. To stand out in the crowd is never easy. Roots does it simply by being a no frills restaurant with food taking the centre stage. I ordered a much famed Gulabi Tangdi and it was one of the most succulent leg piece I've had in a long long time. Followed by Paneer Pudina Tikka that melted in my mouth. Now it was time for me to dig in to the main course and I ordered my favourite Roots special Chicken Biryani right away. The perfectly cooked rice and the masalas blending in seamlessly was a treat for my taste buds. Here's a place you must visit, if food is the only thing that matters.
