I traveled to Mysore from there hired a cab with the help of a local agent the cab was good and the driver a local resident always was with us showed the perfect places and the total cost us only 7000 rs per person with hotel stay for 2 days. The must visit places are the Botanical Gardens, Rose Garden, Lake Park.The Rose garden are a peculiar for its different & varied variety of Roses you can not fine anywhere.
The best time to visit Ooty is April to June & September to November, don’t forget to buy nilgiri oil & handmade chocolates at Lake Park.
