This toothbrush works very well when it works had the toothbrush for about 2 years after ordering a couple of heads for it I noticed that the tips wasn’t working as long and they were stopping actually straight out the pack called the company and they sent multiple replacements for tips but they still wasn’t working I was sent another handle base and some more tips one of the tips work and the other one didn’t. So I used the toothbrush took that work for 3 months and then it stopped working just as well call customer service and there are horrible I think it’s got to do with people not wanting to work now so they just hiring it anybody so that customer service has went down well as the product
