Neat Place

The food at this place is really good. Not too spicy and just the right quantities for one person to eat. Its priced reasonably at about Rs. 80-100 per person. The service is pretty good in the sense that being a small place, it is fast and courteous. It has only about 10 tables and the interior is really cute...they’ve tried to give it a ’’dhaba’’ type feel. Small ’’muddas’’ and 2 ’’charpais’’ to sit on. The only problem is that they dont have any wheat parathas...only maida parathas..which is not very healthy really....However, the parathas are really tasty...I specially liked the methi aloo (I never eat methi otherwise) .. and the ’’masala paneer’’...the matka kulfi is also great!!! I went there about 4 times in 2 weeks....in a nutshell....a neat place...give it a try..

The best time to go for lunch is just before 1..before it starts filling up.....being a lil tucked away in a lane, it is not too crowded at dinner time..atleast not when I was there...in anycase...fast moving....so one wont have to wait long.

If you are like say 2 people, the best thing to do would be to order one dhaba deal (paratha+raita/dal+drink+dessert)and one paratha separately. More than enough for 2.

Unfortunately like I said earlier it doesnt have any wheat parathas...so some health freaks may not like it too much...however once in a while its ok guys!
