I rate the RC beer highly. Though it’s quite the ’underdog’ in the Indian beer market, I recommend it over the more popular brands like Kingfisher. The beer has a solid, rich taste, combined with a smoothness that comes with quality brewing.
Though the strong variant of this beer isnt available, RC beer packs quite a zing and is a great drink. I feel that Shaw Wallace has done a good job in making RC.
One drawback, though, is the fact that this is one beer that strictly tastes good when CHILLLLED!!! Even normal cold temperature spoils the flavour to a certain extent and makes it lose its characteristic smoothness. The beer is priced reasonably as well.
Though Lowenbrau and Castle will always remain my favourites, I suggest this beer to any guy who, like me, loves a full-bodied, strong and rich mug of ale!! One mandatory word of caution though, people - drink in moderation, and dont drink and drive! CHEERS all ye beer guzzlers!!
