This is going to be an honest opinion, you may hate me for this but when something is bad, it is what it is. The Royal Enfield classic 350 is Indias highest selling premium segment motorcycle, so it must be a great motorcycle right?
Wrong, being a fan of Enfields from a very young age, I always thought enfields to be a thing of beauty and riding on would make you the cool kid in the block, and yes in many ways the enfields produced when my dad was my age were beautiful machines with top of the line engineering, but with passing years and a technological revolution everywhere, Enfileds have failed to upgrade themselves. The company is just selling its products cashing in on the sentiments of Indians who have seen their parents or grandparents riding the bikes when they were young. The bikes are extremely unreliable, they are heavy, and expensive to maintain for no reason, Spare parts are too costly for no reason.
The bike vibrate like hell and misses out on the basic fuel gauge meter but has a stupid amp meter. Yes, Yes, people say the vibrations are the character of the bike, but let me tell you, when Harleys or Ducatis rumble it can be called as the character, bcuz they do not breakdown and the engine is known for that, but the vibrations of an enfield is just a sign of bad engineering. Its not just me complaining, have you ever been to an enfield service center. It will remind you of the scene from the movie 300, the fight been the service center and the customers are that intense. Pay a visit to your nearest service centre to find you.
