Royal Enfield classic 350 Reddiche the tribute

When you start thinking about Turing in india one brand pops into your mind thats Royal Enfield and when you start thinking about Royal Enfield you start wondering why are these bike so expensive even tho they don’t feature any modern technology. So here im reviewing the new Royal Enfield classic 350 reddiche telling you all you need to know and my experience about this iconic bike.

Time changes so does the needs and wants the new classic 350 is still the same competing with the modern day bikes which offers abs digital meter fuel injection System and there is a long list. However Royale Enfield classic still remains the same and carries the vibration and of course its weight still can be felt. Batteries and electronics have evolved in these years but yet classic 350 has a amp meter and no fuel meter but gets low fuel indicator light . These are the wants not just needs now a days that is where classic 350 needs to be improved.Make no mistake the classic 350 is most selling bike in India in the 200cc plus segment. Its the reason for many people to buy Royal Enfield motorcycle even tho it offers a long waiting period.

The engine on the this bike is single cylinder air cool 346cc BS4 compliant which produces 19.8 bhp at 5250 rpm and 28 nm torque at 4000 rpm . With a tweaked swing arm which is derived from classic 500 its handling is improved in the cities and highway giving better maneuverability than before. The sweet spot on this bike is around 80kmph where the vibration die down on the handle bar and the foot pegs but on increasing the speed any further vibration tends to increase . Vibration are felt on lower speed but aren’t not that bothersome. Clutch is not very stiff and acceleration feels old school on the other hand classic 350 comes with 280mm disc in the front and 153 mm disc at the rear giving excellent breaking power , no tubeless tires are provided but still they provide nice grip. Suspension is good enough to glide over pot holes but a better quality foam in seats would have increased its comfort to next level but still is quit comfortable . Seat hight is decent enough for all size of riders , tank capacity is 13.5 liters but royel Enfield should offer bigger tank since most of people like to tour on this bike. Now lets talk about milage company claims to give 40kmpl to 45kml but for me it happens to 35kmpl to 40kmpl in cities .

With the ex showroom price of Rs 1, 32, 165 I still love the bike but frankly speaking I want brand and product to evolve to much more with little more power more reliability more refinment will not only help the brand but also help the new rider.
