I have an GT Cafe Racer, 2.5 years old. 13000 KM drove bike. Now the problem is Every 2 to 3 months I go to Showroom and get 5 to 10 K bill:). Awesome!
Sri Saravana Motors Hosur the most idiotic service station. Done go there, they will destroy the bike. Royal Enfield if you are reasonable call me and I will explain the issue take action against this service station.
See I have Teranno car 40000KM run car and my service cost this time is INR 7000. Can any one from Royal Enfield please justify or explain how is that you guys can put 10000 bill just drove 13000 KM bike? This is ridiculous. And proper time I do service only from your showroom.
The things replaced is Front disk, Clutch assembly and some few things and total bill INR 10000. Two months back some other stuff changed and and some wire issue it seems and bill was INR 7000. 13000 KM run bike how all these things getting damaged? Regularly serviced bike, then whay this many things getting spoiled?first question. Second thing even though you are changing these thing why so expensive? Because in Terrano my car, I had changed Disk and other services, never by bill crossed 10K. What is this man? Is this justifiable? It is really an responsible billing and customers are getting cheated. I want an solution to this .
