Iam a user since 2004 I am telling u royal Enfield own a showroom of its own in hyderabad and owns a company operated service center and this the worst part and these guys doesn’t even know to change a gear shaft I went to the service center 5 times and still the problem is not rectified. I called up the CustomerCare more than 6 times which is at Chennai wat they do is they redirect u to hyderabad again which is of no use iam planning to sell of my thunder bird
