I have continental GT 2 years 2 months old. I regularly do service at Royal Enfield service stations every time spending 1000 or 2000 or even more. Last service I gave in Hosur service station bill was 3K. Next day bike not starting and gave the bike back to service station. They informed me saying wiring is full gone and battery is gone. Cost for wiring is 5K and Battery 3K. I am ready even change the battery, how a regularly serviced bike that also 2.5 lac INR bike wiring to be gone this fast. Either enfied is using low quality parts or mistake from service station. Last 2 weeks I am trying to get an answer for Royal enfied, they dont even bother to respond. That I so ridiculous at lest you should respond and and tell what is the issue. Only one mail came saying you warranty is over by 2 months. No one call, no response for all the other query. I have Honda which is 17 years old, even one time I didnt change the wiring. That is Ad is right, Enfied is like having an Old elephant . Bad service, and service station charge is very high. You call back to me not Royal, instead Cheaters Enfield.
